Appellant employer filed a claim for refund of contributions with the Indiana Employment Security Division, claiming that he was not subject to the provisions of the Employment Security Act (Acts 1947, ch. 208, §Â§ 101, etc. (being §Â§ 52-1525, etc., Burns 1951 Repl.). Under the act employers are subject to the act if they employ eight or more employees. Appellant employed two full-time employees. He also employed six part-time employees who were working full time for other employers. Appellant contends that these six part-time employees should not be included in determining his liability under the act.
